Expression of Interest -Rental of Office space

The Mauritius Family Planning & Welfare Association (MFPWA) supported by the European Union is hereby inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) for office space on rental basis to accommodate youth friendly services. The building housing the office should meet the following basic requirements:

-Centrally located in Curepipe, Bagatelle, Rose-Hill, Quatre-Bornes, Mahebourg or Port Louis

-Space Area of about 150-200 square meter

-In line with necessary recommendations as stipulated in the Health and Safety Act 2005 for fire safety measures as required by authorities

-Equipped with utilities, air-conditioning and toilet facilities

-Parking facilities for about 5 vehicles

-Available as from February 2025 and period of lease for 3 years which could be renewable

Interested parties can submit their proposals including supporting documents in sealed envelopes addressed to the Executive Director with envelopes clearly marked "Expression of Interest for rental of Office Space" at latest by 15th February 2025.
